Problem downloading meteorology data

Hi,
I cannot download any meteorological data, because of a failed FTP. The error window says: "FTP failed: arlftp.arlhq.noaa.gov -> /pub/archives/gdas0p5/20180903_gdas0p5". Could you please help me?

How are you downloading the data? through a web browser?
