HYSPLIT Forum: hysplitbbs.arl.noaa.gov

I am working on converting some NARR data using HYSPLIT's Convert to ARL feature. However, every time I go through the NARR Archive option and select my initial data, I get a pop-up that says "ERROR: 900".

The initial data file specified is narrmonhr-a_221_20130701_0000_000.grb. I have the data for 0000 to 2100 hours on that day, and am only trying to compile the data for that day.

Is there an easy fix for this error? What is it?

The converter works for NARR reanalysis, file name - narr-a_221_{YYYY}{MM}{DD}_{HH}00_000.grb (please check https://ready.arl.noaa.gov/hysplitusersguide/S119.htm).
The "ERROR: 900" is because of applying the converter to wrong files.
