I am getting the runtime error:

Fortran runtime error: Bad real number in item 1 of list input

Any advice on what this is? I am running the concentration model ...

This error occurred when the model was trying to read the CONTROL file, probably at the line about the release location.
Please check your CONTROL file to see if it is in the right format. You can compare yours with the example available on the HYSPLIT tutorial.
