Error in shapefiles computed in Hysplit linux version

We are running the hysplit linux version and we need to compute shapefiles.
However after the converion of the *txt files into shapefiles we obtain the following error on the *dbf files:

Do you have any suggestion to correct thir error?"

We have attached our files.
We don't have a script we use the Hysplit conversion (Hysplit graphical interface).
