FTP failed for meteorological data

FTP failed for meteorological data

When attempting to download meteorology data from GDAS 0.5-deg. For any date I get "FTP failed: arlftp.artlhq.noaa.gov"

How do I resolve this problem?

Thanks. I managed to figure it out.

The firewall was blocking the download
