Number of vertical levels for concentration run

But the control file changes for each iteration, meaning I would have to change it for each day for 3 months since it has the output name and dates that change with each iteration. Thus, running it daily with the GUI would be useless since I would have to rewrite the control file each time. Is there any way around this using the automated daily runs?

No, the daily run should use the CONTROL file that you generated. It only changes the date. Please use the Help button in the Daily Runs menu for further information on how to set up this feature.

it seems that you didn't save your new control file. The model still reads the 1E-06 value at the end of the control file.

It is overwriting my control file for some reason. I renamed (to CONTROL_ACME) it and now make sure it retrieves the correct one, however, it does not seem to be reading the correct one. Now I get this error:
