Vertical cross sections of concentrations

Hello
I wonder if it is possible to extract information of concentration as a function of height along some selected transects. Even along "x" and "y" directions would be useful.
Currently my HYSPLIT computations of concentration seem to only give one single level of concentration near the surface.
Thanks a lot and I would appreciate any comments on this isuue

You can set up your concentration grid with many vertical layers. In the control file instead of defining 1 layer to calculate the concentrations you can set, say, 10 layers with different heights.
