Dispersion calculation from multiple point sources

HI, everyone. My work is Estimation of the contribution of brick-kilns to the air pollution. Which is the most appropriate method to access the concentration of pollutants emitted from 194 known brick kilns? I have to run the simulations for 4 months using GDAS 1 degree data. Please guide.
