Hi,
I am getting the same error message when I try to run the Concentration Model with any Control file. Here is the Control file that I am trying to execute but I get the same result for the sample_conc control file that is part of the HYSPLIT user guide.
The message is: "Concentration executable for hycs_std not available!"

I presume that you are running HYSPLIT by using its graphical user interface (GUI). Reading from the control file, I gather that, on your computer, HYSPLIT is installed at /Users/clairebekker/hysplit. First check if the /Users/clairebekker/hysplit/exec/hycs_std.exe executable exists. If it is there, locate the 'Advanced' menu of the HYSPLIT GUI. Click 'Advanced > Configuration Setup > Set Directories.' Check if directories are correctly set.
