The concentration and deposition data are in the binary concentration file (cdump) created by HYSPLIT when it is run on the web and on the pc. This file is available as a link near the bottom of the final results page of the web-based simulation. The deposition information is always at level zero of the concentration file (cdump). Information on reading the cdump file can be found in the HYSPLIT documentation at:

Is there any way to obtain the concentration and deposition information in a data file instead of a graphic?
