Measuring radionuclide dispersal

I am a new user of hysplit. I have been using the web based version, in an effort to try and establish the dispersal of the radionuclide Cs137 from a wildfire in Chernobyl. I have an estimate of the amount of Cs137 which has been released from the wildfire as a single averaged figure. My question is how to use this within the model to estimate the transportation of 137Cs within the smoke plume. I also have information regarding particle density and weight, as well as the half life of 137Cs. Is it possible to use this information within the model? If so, it is necessary to have it downloaded onto a PC, or is this something the online version can offer?
Any help would be extremely appreciated!
