Troubles when running Hysplit Archive dispersion for selected periods

Trying to run the archive dispersion model for August and September 2019, the attached "Model Status (diagnostics) file" appear.
The "HYSPLIT MESSAGE (diagnostics) file" was empty.
Is this a problem of meteorological file?
