Unusual Dry Deposition

Hello,
I am aware that HYSPLIT should generally not be used for a single site profile but I am doing a comparison and I need to run with a single site profile. My peak deposition values I am getting are very small compared to another model I ran and they are smaller by 3 orders of magnitude. I have given them the same met and source term but HYSPLIT is consistently producing smaller deposition values through out the simulation.
I am getting an issue where I am making the particles heavier but the maximum deposition seems to be maxed out and not increasing further. I have attached my CONTROL and SETUP file so you can check that I am understanding this correctly.
Is there some sort of limit that is causing this or will it depend on the rate of particle release?
Thanks,
