I have done the cluster using the example which went through pretty smoothly. Afterwards when I tried to run my own tdump files in the "endpoints" folder, "Make Infile" seemed ok but after click "Run cluster", the following error kept coming up:
Model started... it is slower at the beginning
Number of trajectories in INFILE: 70
NOTICE - No trajectoreis to cluster. Check trajectory duration in the files in INFILE and/or the Hours to cluster
All the tdump files are for backward trajectories of 96 hours.
How to overcome this issue?
Many thanks, Jun

Re: No trajectories to cluster
Open the INFILE in Notepad and verify the files exist. Make sure your "hours to cluster" are less than or equal to 96 (and >0). See if in the cluster 'working' directory there is a file "CLUSTERno". That would list the trajectories not being clustered and presumably would be all of yours. Are your endpoints at the traditional 1-hour interval? You have "Trajectory skip" at the default 1?
