Trajectory plot differs from Conc/Dispersion

Hi,

I would like to understand why the trajectory plot does not resemble the Concentration/Dispersion plot for similar initial conditions when using the NAMCNEST.

I ran the trajectory plot using Aug 6, 2014 12Z run of NAMCNEST (NAM CONUS NESTED 4km) valid at 19Z starting at station CWPF (Esquimalt, BC, Canada). The trajectory goes NE, then curls back to the NW over a 3-4 hour period. Release height is 50m.

Running the conc/dispersion with the same model and initial conditions, the plume goes mostly eastwards, not following the trajectory at all.

I note that the ensemble of the trajectory has about 1/2 the members following the "one" trajectory, and the others more closely follow the conc/disp plot.

Shouldn't the traj and conc/disp be similar in positions? I've included the kmz.
