Running back trajectory odel for 72 hrs

Dear Sir,

I want to analyze 72h air mass back trajectory using GDAS data.
Therefore, please guide me about the input parameters to be set like start time (UTC), total run time hour, start a new trajectory for getting 72 hour back trajectory.
Pls help!
