Hi everyone, I'm a new user for Hysplit. I has some problems with frequency countors plotting. It shows the legends with >0.1%, >1%, 10%, and 100% whcih is not detailed enough. I got some solutions in FAQ. I'm doing exactly by following the method in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1311&p=6437&hilit= ... ours#p6437.
However, there are something wrong in the first step 1) runs ..\exec\trajfreq with the command as shown in the SIMULATION LOG window (e.g. ..\exec\trajfreq -ftfreq.bin -g1.0 -iINFILE -r0 -s0:99999), this makes a file tfreq.bin, which is an array of the frequency values, written in the same format at the array of concentrations output from HYSPLIT
When I'm using this command it shows
(base) C:\hysplit\exec>trajfreq -ftfreq.bin -g1.0 -iINFILE -r0 -s0:99999
