Multiple Time Starts

We need to estimate a large number of mixed layer heights at a single location using HYSPLIT.  We are looking to get the MLH values at each hour of the day every third day in 2005.  We have tried to do this using the multiple time start feature, but when we try that for one day we get the output Below in which the starting points are all at the first starting time and the same MLH.  Is there a way to do this without having to calculate each trajectory individually?  Do we need to set up a batch file to do a series of individual trajectories?  We have a very large number of these calculations to make so we need to find a way to make it as simple to do as possible.  Thank you for your help.

You can run the HYSPLIT utility program vmixing to obtain PBLH. See:
