Internet-based Hysplit READY - choosing height as a fraction of planetary boundary layer

We are using the internet-based Hysplit for making back trajectories to find the origin of mercury concentrations measured in the north pole. Is it possible to choose the height as a fraction of the planetary boundary layer with the online version? We can't find any advanced settings in the online version.

Thanks in advance

Unfortunately we do not have that option available on the web-version of HYSPLIT. We will consider adding it in the future.

Thanks! I think that we will try to download HYSPLIT instead. Do you know if it matters if we download a registered or unregistered version, using a Windows computer in school? And I guess that we should download the Graphical Utilities before we download HYSPLIT?

Thanks in advance

For the trajectories, there is no difference between the two versions, so download the unregistered version. And yes, you need to install the graphical utilities before installing HYSPLIT.
