Combine gdas0p5 to overcome limit of 12 files

Hi there,
I am trying to make my project as efficient as possible as I am doing a climatological analysis of parcel trajectories for 5 years at 7 locations for 5 levels. I have downloaded the daily files - example: 23rd Dec 2010 to 31st Jan 2011 (40 files) to provide 10 day trajectories for each day in January 2011. But I have not been able to yet get around the problem of HYSPLIT only allowing a maximum of 12 files. I have looked through each of the FAQ and the forum topics already posted but none offer a complete answer for me yet.
So how can I reduce my 40 files to 1 (or at least less than 12) so I may run 30 days worth of calculation in one go? I am using Windows and am capable of using either the GUI or a batch script.
Any help and quick responses are very appreciated! Cheers!
