HYSPLIT short range backward trajectory modelling

I would like to run HYSPLIT model, in the backward trajectory mode, to determine the source of odour. The modelling domain is about 10 km x 10 km. The subject site has three major ground based odour causing sources (two composting and one landfill facilities). The site also have one met station recording temperature, RH, pressure, wind speed and wind direction every minute. The residences are located at distances of km to 5 km from these sources in all directions. In case of odour related complaints, we would like to run the model to determine who is responsible for the odour nuisance during that event. I have the following questions about the use of HYSPLIT model for this exercise:
• Is it possible to run the model for such a short range modelling domain.
• Is it possible to run it on sub-hourly basis.
• How to produce met data file for the local conditions.
• Is it possible to generate meteorological sub-hourly data using the met pre-processor model.
• What is the most suitable model for this purpose and how to download that model.
