Wrong coordinates of GIS files from cluster analysis

I am trying to plot the trajectories of each cluster analysis. After running the cluster analysis, outputting the GIS files, and importing them into GIS, the coordinates of the shapefile are wrong, specifically the latitude (example: xstart = 1001, and xend = 365012). The longitude looks right (example: ystart = -93.25, and yend = -93.15). The xstart and xend should be in the SE US.
What can I do to troubleshoot this issue? I've now tried outputting the cluster trajectories in a variety of ways but none have provided the right shapefile information.
