Cluster problem

Post by Joe »

Hi
I have 7072 back-trajectories from 2010 to 2014. I have tried to cluster all 7072 back-trajectories.
But I keep getting the following error.

At first my Computer details:
Intel core i5-4460
16.0 GB RAM

Second Set up:
Rum_ID: Standard
Hours to cluster: 72
Time interval (hrs): 6
Trajectory skip: 1
Endpoints folder: C:/hysplit4/cluster/endpts
Working folder: C:/hysplit4/cluster/working
Archive folder: C:/hysplit4/cluster/archive
Projection(for 'Run cluster') : Auto

Make INFILE Base Name : fff

When I run the analysis:
Model started ... it is slower at the beginning
Started Cluster (Version: April 2015)
Number of trajectories in INFILE: 7072
Pass 1 out of 7071

And I get the following two error messages.
One is(After a short period):
Model started ... it is slower at the beginning
Started Cluster (Version: April 2015)
Number of trajectories in INFILE: 7072
Pass 1 out of 7071
ERROR - allocation cluster mean array: 25003056

Another is(When hit "Continue"button on 'This run may take a long time~~' System Massage.):
can not find channel named "0"
can not find channel named "0"
while executing
"eof $result"
(procedure "Log" line 3)
invoked from within
"Log"

I do not konw what is causing this errors. I already tried the command prompt too.
But it does not work with this massage "ERROR - Required file INFILE not found'.

Please help me.

You are reaching the memory limits of the program and your PC. We are not aware of a successful cluster run for thousands of trajectories. Please see viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1038
