Wind direction for Trajectory

Can I specify a wind direction and speed in the forecast? For Trajectory and Concentration?

You would need to create your own meteorological file. Use the GUI meteorology / Convert to ARL / User Entered menu tab. Follow the help instructions S128.htm.
