I've been encountering this error while trying to run a dispersion model in HYSPLIT:

No matter what meteorological data file I choose from one of the ARL FTPs on the NOAA READY website (https://www.ready.noaa.gov/archives.php) I've been running into this error. Weirdly enough I think I've been able to run the model in the past and use met data from one of the FTPs with no problem. I'm a novice with HYSPLIT so I apologize if this is trivial to solve, but I would appreciate any insight as to what the error might be due to and how I might overcome it!
