Can you please guide me on how to input the measured velocity variance data while using user entered meteorological data as input .

The utility program for user entered meteorological data is "stn2arl.f". Currently, the program only takes wind speed and direction, and then compute velocity variances based on them. The "stn2arl.f" needs to be modified for taking in measured velocity variances.
