I used to download meteorological data from the ftp site: ftp://gdas-server.iarc.uaf.edu/gdas1/. I found that the file for week 4, Aug., 2013 has not been uploaded yet but the data is available for extraction from http://ready.arl.noaa.gov/ready2-bin/ex ... xtracta.pl already. Anyone can tell me where can I download the most updated data?
