Corrupt Hysplit format HRRR 3km file on ftp server

I was downloading a sequence of hrrr 3km files from the ftp server. All received files are the same size (to the byte) except one, which is off by ~0.5GB.
Can someone take a look at ftp://ftp.arl.noaa.gov:21/archives/hrrr ... .00z.hrrra ?
I didn't notice this before trying to run HYSPLIT, so here's the error message in my WARNING.001 file:
