Modify arw2arl.f to convert netcdf file

Hello!
I have netcdf file from CESM-CAM which is in hybrid coordinates and contains surface pressure, temperature, u and v winds.
I have already tried to modify arw2arl.f many times but still failure. I don't know how to modify setmap.f and hybrid coordinate. Does anyone tell me how to modify the script?
