I'm looking for the software to convert COAMPS output data to ARL format. Can you point me to it?

Its been a very long time since we used COAMPS and almost certainly the attached program will need to be revised. The required packing subroutines can be found in the PC distribution (data2arl directory).

I usually do my work in windows, so is there any software from which I can open and view various input data of hysplit (like gdas etc)
