Issue while running grib2arl on AIX

while trying to grib2arl on grib file

> grib2arl -igfs_201309.grb
NOTICE pakset:

grib2arl program is exiting after setgrid subroutine.
whereas on linux its working fine

I encounter a similar problem but the opposite way (i.e. works on AIX but doesn't work on linux). I think it has to do with the w3 libraries. I was not able to solve the problem.
