arw2arl PC version - NetCDF Error: Unknown file format

Hi,
I am trying to convert wrfoutput to ARL format and using the PC registered version of HYSPLIT (Windows10). When I try the ARW2ARL conversion from GUI, it is giving the following message.
I am using NetCDF library 4.7.4. I have tested with the "ncdump -h" command to check the WRF output file and it looks fine. Is there another way to check where the code is facing an error, some sort of a detailed log?
