Conversion of Own Meteorological Data for Hysplit Use

Good day. I am a Research Associate working at Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research. I would like to ask for help regarding the Hysplit software. I want to use my own data in Hysplit and I really don't know how to do it. I have the sample files needed from Hysplit but I have no experience in Fortran. Would somebody help me regarding this issue. I have my meteorological data available in spreadsheet format. Thanks in advance.
