Error happened when WRF convert to HYSPLIT

Hi all,
When converting the WRF output data to HYSPLIT data, there are several errors like :
(1) if the WRF domain contains 350*250 grid cells, when running arw2arl program, the program will give the error like "segment fault". Even Set the environment variables in csh like "limit stacksize unlimited ", it still does not work.

(2) if the WRF domain is quite big (like 320*220 grid cells), when running arw2arl, the program will not give the error. But output data from the arw2arl will have some unrecognizable numbers like "***". So when running the HYSPLIT, the error appeared just like " forrtl: severe (64): input conversion error, unit -5 file Internal Formatted Read Iamge" .

The above two errors puzzled me a few days. Could you please anyone give me some help to solve these problems. Thanks a lot!!!

If you are generating an ARLDATA.CFG file, can you please send it? Also, are you getting any additional output or warning message?
