How to convert wrf_arw output in Hysplit?

Hi everyone,
Does someone have the experience in how to convert wrf_arw output in Hysplit? The source I got is the folder named metprog.zip which include "wrf_arw" folder inside. How do I compile? How do I get the "arw2arl"file?

Inside the wrf_arw directory you should have a Makefile with which you can compile the program to convert WRF outputs to ARL format
