What is the script to run Automated multiple trajectories by time (Special Runs ) on Linux ? I want to run the Daily simulation.

Go to the Tutorial at https://www.ready.noaa.gov/documents/Tu ... index.html
Go to Section 6.1 Frequency Analysis, which is where Run Daily is run.
Click on the linux (penguin) icon at the top of the page and open the file in Notepad.
Run Daily in the GUI just is the looping through date/time.
That script also runs creates a frequency plot, as described in the Tutorial.
