How to obtain Linux version

Dear HYSPLIT-team,

is there a free HYSPLIT version which I can run under LINUX and which I can use for automatized backward trajectory calculations?

Yes, however you will first need to register as a registered HYSPLIT user and then once you have an account send a request for the LINUX version to arl.webmaster@noaa.gov and mention that you are already a registered user and provide your User ID number.

I only see the versions for PC and apple-base, is there any version specific to Linux?

Yes, there is a linux version but you need to follow the instructions given in the comment above
