Converting wrf netCDF file into HYSPLIT arl format

Hi all,
I am trying to convert a wrf netCDF file into HYSPLIT arl format for making backward trajectories, in linux system (Ubuntu 20.04) under window 11. The original wrf netCDF file contains a lot of variables, however, I extracted some specific variables such as 'UWND', 'VWND', 'TEMP', 'PRES', 'SPHU', 'WWND', 'RAIN', 'RAIN_SH', 'RAIN_NC', 'PBLH', 'UST', 'SWDOWN', 'HFX', 'LH', 'T2', 'U10', and 'V10' and make a new netCDF file, having the mentioned specific variables. I am facing issue during converting the file and unable to find the solution. Need assistance is this scenario.
