Hello,
I am a first time HYSPLIT user and installed the January 2022 Release (Version 5.2) on a macOS. I am looking to convert MERRA-2 files to ARL format to use with HYSPLIT. I tried using the mer2arl but have encountered a problem. When I execute the run.mer2arl file, it is able to download the MERRA files from the website but then has trouble after that. I have attached some of the output from the terminal window below, with the main issue occurring at the very bottom. It seems like there may be some missing files in the download or missing links? I have tried to look around in the folders but am no expert with this. Any help would be appreciated!
