Something wrong in clustering

Post by Lucy »

Hi,
When I clicked the button "run cluster analysis" and a window pops out saying "ERROR header info, but no endpts - delete file or remove from INFILE". What should I do? Many thanks if you can help me solve this prob.
Best wishes,
Lucy

Please check a file called INFILE, it contains the names of the trajectory endpoints that will be used for the clustering. Make sure all the files have the same duration.
