Hello,
When working with Hysplit for Mac, it seems to me that the ascii2shp conversion software is not in hysplit/exec/ , nor accessible from the website of the Free Software Foundation.
May I ask you to let me know whether it is possible––with the Mac version of Hysplit––to convert .txt into useful .shp (GIS) and how?

How do I acquire the ascii2shp for Linux? I can't seem to find it on the Free Software Foundation website.

Do you have the linux version of HYSPLIT?

yes.

It is not in my executables folder and it seems there is no mention of it in the Makefile.

I have found the source code for the executable in the gisprog folder.
