Failed to open HYSPLIT.

Hello everyone,
The error is as a result of the utility software ImageMagick. I installed the utility programmes of HYSPLIT and then installed HYSPLIT, but i cannot open the desktop version HYSPLIT and got an error: "Error while connecting to the mobile manager"
What have I done wrong?

You might need to start from scratch. Please carefully follow https://www.ready.noaa.gov/documents/Tu ... l_win.html.
