An error appears when trying to download arl archive meteo data:

Becaouse of this problem I've istalled hysplit on another PC (Win 10), but there have a problem with the ftp connection (a message appears that ftp connection failed). I've made an exception in firewall but it doesn't work.
Can anyone help me fix the problems?
