Problems with HYSPLIT_win64R installaling in Windows 10.

Hello.
I installed HYSPLIT_win64U.exe and i didn't problems in PC with Windows 10 OS. I registred, but i have problems in installing HYSPLIT_win64R. Before iunstalled HYSPLIT_win64U.exe. When i tried install HYSPLIT_win64R didn't stard.
Can you help me?

What error message did you get?
Have you tried following the tutorial for installing HYSPLIT? https://www.ready.noaa.gov/documents/Vi ... ll_win.mp4
