Use terrain and Land use data created by WPS?

Can hysplit model use Land use and terrain created by WPS?

The landuse and terrain data from WRF should be written in HYSPLIT required format.
There is a "Readme_bdyfiles" in the directory ~/hysplit4/bdyfiles explaining the detail. And a fortran program "bdy2bin.f" in the same directory shows how to write out data in HYSPLIT format.

The arw2arl converter makes the terrain data available for HYSPLIT. If you are running the simulation with WRF data, the model is actually using terrain data from WRF.
