Run error in "meteorological data's time interval"

Post by metroid2012 »

Hi,
I'm trying to run hysplit with meteorology forced by WRF-ARL, i did a wrf simulation for 60 hours (with 6 hours spin-up before and after the simulation period), then extract the arl data needed, concat it correctly, but when it comes to the run of hysplit for concentration calculations, the following error appears: "meteorological data time interval varies"
I mention that we have a laptop with a core i7 and 8 gigs of ram, so what is this due to?

This error occurs when the interval between time periods in the meteorological file differ within the met file. You can run the check file program (chk_file.exe) in the GUI or command line to output the header records of all the data in the file to see where the output interval is different in the file.
