Please use "Save as" for both Control and Setup files and then you can "Retrieve" those.
Please change the file names as you may want to have the original files intact.

Such differences are possible because random numbers are used.
The random numbers are likely to be different due to different Fortran compilers, different versions of them, and even different computer configurations.

It seems that your air sampler is a passive one which does not have intake control at the inlet. In this case, you will only need to know the wind speed (the component perpendicular to the sampler surface) at the sampler location to calculate the air flux (F=Vp x Area).
