The settling velocity can be forced by entering it as the dry deposition velocity.

The two trajectories that were listed in the TCLUS file (used in the clustering) started at 59 minutes after the hour. The other trajectories, per spot-checking, started at other non-zero minutes, such as 14, 29, etc. Rerun the trajectories so they always start at 59 minutes (or 00 minutes) after th...
