If you can find the files in another location, then you can change HYSPLIT to find them by going to the Advanced/Configuration Setup/Set Directories GUI menu and change the location for any programs it cannot find to the location they are installed on your computer.

No, there is not quota for a location.

You can only run one trajectory at a time per IP address, so make sure the one you submit is finished completely before trying to start a new one. The limit for number of trajectory simulations per IP is 500 per day.
