Re: Daily Runs Backward Trajectories

Please follow the instructions described in the link from my response above. The only change you have to make is instead of running 48 hours forward you run for 48 hours backward. Each individual trajectory will represent a 48 hour back trajectory from the source that you enter in though the GUI.

Re: Something wrong in clustering

Please check a file called INFILE, it contains the names of the trajectory endpoints that will be used for the clustering. Make sure all the files have the same duration.

Re: Deposition and Dose Calculation

1- Is it possible to examine wet deposition by using user-entered data? I tried it but not allowed due to the precipitation rate that is given as an error message. However, when ı compared the global data and user-entered data, the main differences between them specific humidity. I guess it is not a...

Re: Parallel version slower than the serial one

OK, that is pretty fast. I would suggest you increase the duration of the runs and see if you notice any difference. Since the parallelization is done over the number of particles, you will not notice any difference with runs that take such a short time. In your runs most of the time is spent readin...

Can you please try to modify the CONTROL file to run with only 1 species?
